Crowded's platform solves the widely known problem of out-of-date candidate data in a company's ATS (candidate database). As companies take in resumes for their open jobs, the database grows, but that data ages quickly, and is rarely referenced after several months as jobs, contact info and skills change. Crowded has an API connection into the top ATSs and it updates this data, adding the latest phone numbers, e-mails, job, education, skills, and social media links to the candidate's resume. Crowded then matches those newly updated resumes to the company's current open jobs.
Through the Crowded Chrome extension, the recruiter never has to leave their work, or log into a separate website. As the recruiter views a candidate in their ATS, the Crowded Refresh™ Chrome Extension automatically slides out onto the screen and shows the updated info.
