Decatur, IL (PRWEB) June 30, 2014 -- It’s not just Detroit that sees the value of cryogenic processing. 300 Below’s advanced TruBlue technology has become more popular among fleet managers as companies request new cost saving initiatives. With demand increasing to several million pounds of metals treated annually, 300 Below, Inc. continues to add additional processing capacity.
300 Below, Inc. / Cryo-Tech has pioneered innovative cryogenic freezing equipment since 1966 as part of its American-made industrial initiatives, which support a material enhancement process known as cryogenic tempering.
300 Below’s new cryogenic processor (cryogenic freezer unit) is built upon a front load design that will allow forklifts to load the processor, set items on internal pallets for processing, and effectively temper the loads. The newest cryogenic processor will accommodate platinum RTDs and cryogenic thermocouples inside the unit to ensure that temperatures descend and ascent in close proximity to the designated processing profile.
Clients in heavy industry appreciate the increased throughput that 300 Below offers, and TruBlue cryogenically treated brake rotors continue to impress the distributor networks throughout the United States. Because thermal change may affect the insular qualities on similar copycat chambers not designed by 300 Below, these processors may descend to -80˚C while realizing damage to their contents.
300 Below collaborates with teams of all sizes, and is pleased to coordinate complex projects with large organizations around the world.
