CSI’s Elgin Campus Introduces New Student Leadership Program
Elgin, Illinois (PRWEB) February 19, 2014 -- The Elgin campus of Computer Systems Institute (CSI) is holding two recruitment sessions for a new student leadership program called Elgin Elite Advocate (EEA) on Wednesday, February 19, 2014. Scheduled from 12-1:30PM and 1:30-5PM in the Student Services Office, the sessions will introduce the program’s goals, requirements and application process for interested and qualifying students.
The EEA program is designed to foster self-improvement, help build a strong campus community, and equip students with leadership and management skills that will aid them in both their job search and their careers.
Students selected to fill EEA positions will serve as the student body’s official liaison to the campus management team. Responsibilities will include attending monthly meetings, participating in all campus-sponsored events, contributing ideas for monthly programs and workshops, and actively interfacing with other students, faculty and staff to help create a campus environment that meets students’ needs.
