Senior Managers
Jim Kelly, CPA joined CST Group in 2005 and has nineteen years of public accounting experience. Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
Kasey Rosen, CPA joined CST Group in 2015, with over fifteen years of public accounting experience. Kasey earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Scranton.

Krystal McCants, CPA joined CST Group in 2010, with over ten years of public accounting experience working with and advising high net worth individuals, trusts, and closely held businesses. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
Crystal Stewart, CPA joined CST Group in 2007. Crystal specializes in income tax planning, compliance and review, audits of closely held businesses and not-for–profit entities. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Toledo.
Lisa Timbrook, CPA joined CST Group in December 2014 as Senior Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for technology companies, multi-million dollar government contractors, and high net worth individuals. She is a licensed CPA in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
Hillary West, CPA has over 15 years of public and private accounting experience. Hillary specializes in providing assurance services, including audits, reviews, and compilations to closely held businesses. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.
