'Guided Meditation' highlights four unique meditation experiences, all taking place in different exotic locations across the globe. Each relaxation environment takes 5 to 8 minutes to complete, accompanied with powerful audio and visuals to immerse the user fully.

- Cosmo Canyon: An endless golden view in the middle of the dusty canyon where one experiences a higher level of elevation within the mountains.
- Costa Del Sol: A lush tropical private island complemented with a soothing female voice, guiding a simple breathing exercise.
- Yokosuka Garden: A zen dojo set in the middle of a beautiful Japanese garden for those who want to get in touch more with nature.
