Barclays' clients have had access to Cürex liquidity through executions on the BARX platform via its BARX GatorTM algorithmic suite since July 2019. As a result of this new initiative, clients using Barclays' individual algorithms will be able to select Cürex's liquidity pool as an exclusive destination for their executions. The value for Barclays' clients is Cürex's low-impact environment that features complete trading anonymity and no tagging. Cürex's platform was built for buy side institutions and includes no high-frequency trading participants.
