In her role, Boughner will be responsible for developing and executing a robust strategic talent planning process focused on consistent performance, internal talent development and succession planning for key roles in order to ensure lines of business are consistently executing the most innovative people strategies.

Boughner joins Curio with over a decade of experience in Human Resources at Aramark Corporation. Most recently, she served as their VP of Human Resources for Sports and Entertainment where she was responsible for developing, implementing, directing and evaluating all human resource functions and talent activities. She led a team of 70 human resource professionals and partners across the Aramark Sports and Entertainment line of business, responsible for approximately $1.6b in revenue and over 25,000 employees across the United States and Canada.
