CyLumena, a cybersecurity consulting firm located in Pittsburgh, PA, is excited to announce the addition of David Golding to their team as Director of Growth and Enablement. Golding brings with him over 20 years of experience and expertise in internet-based business services and cybersecurity.
As a business-first cybersecurity company, CyLumena does not believe “one size fits all” when it comes to cybersecurity solutions. Instead, their model has a specific focus on designing individualized cybersecurity plans and implementation for their clients. Because of this, the Growth and Enablementrole at CyLumena is more than just a business development position; it is a strategic role that collaborates with businesses to provide the best-fit solutions for the client’s specific needs.
“When we sought to fill the Growth and Enablement role at CyLumena, we knew that one of our priorities was finding someone who was committed to finding the right solutions for the companies we work with. Because of that, we were looking for someone with a consulting or client executive background in cybersecurity as well as a background in business development,” says Chris Dinnin, Managing Director. “One reason David stood out to us as a candidate was because of his exceptional consultative selling background. We’re confident he will quickly become an asset not only to CyLumena but to our clients as well.”
In the role of Director of Growth and Enablement, Golding’s primary responsibility will be to create new relationships with potential clients, working alongside them to identify challenges, opportunities, and needs. From that collaboration, Golding will work with CyLumena’s technical supportteam to design an individualized cybersecurity strategy. “I am thrilled to join this team of highly-skilled cyber experts. I look forward to taking CyLumena’slean and measurable approach to market so we can make a quick impact, ensuring organizations are prepared and able to mitigate cyber risks,” stated Golding.
“One of our primary values at CyLumena is ‘Collaboration,’” says Dinnin. “We believe that collaboration starts inside our company. We are committed to working shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients rather than ‘force-fitting’ our approach.”
Golding will also work closely with the CyLumena delivery teams to ensure the high-value solutions offered by CyLumena consistently meet the clients’ needs and expectations.
