Cynthia brings a deep history of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Since 2005, she has supported a diverse range of Dynamics NAV and BC customers with process improvement, upgrades and implementations, and ongoing support. Her past roles include Business Analyst, Project Manager, Practice Manager, and Managing Partner. Cynthia has been recognized by her peers and audiences in her ability to truly leverage the core functions and features built into Business Central / NAV to meet a company's needs. By taking a fresh, creative approach to solving business challenges with the core application she has a proven ability to maximize usability, minimize customizations, and save time and money for a company in the short and long run.
Cynthia is highly active in the Business Central / NAV community, and has been a highly rated speaker at NAVUG Focus and multiple NAVUG Summits. She is a sought-after instructor for User Group Academy classes, and is on the leadership team for the Great Lakes NAVUG Chapter. She is a member of the Dynamic Communities Credentialing Council, which is the governing body that provides oversight and strategic guidance for nearly all aspects of the Dynamics Credentialed Professional Exams and credentialing process. Cynthia has also helped to build the credentialing exams as a member of the Dynamics NAV Exam Certification Committee. She holds the NAV Core Application Setup Credential, the Advanced Credentialed Professional - NAV Core Financials, and the Professional Certificate for Accounts Payable. Cynthia has earned the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) designations multiple times.
