Villoch Brings Extensive Legal Expertise and Global Finance Experience to Support IDC's Strategic Growth
MIAMI, Feb. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- IDC Network (IDCN), a multi-platform asset manager, today announced the appointment of Danielle Villoch as General Counsel and Head of Investor Relations for IDC US. Based in Miami, Villoch will oversee legal affairs and strengthen engagement with IDC's growing network of investors. Her deep experience in private credit, financing transactions, and regulatory advisory aligns with IDC Network's mission to build innovative partnerships that deliver lasting impact.
Villoch's professional journey spans legal and corporate leadership roles across leading global firms and industries. Before joining IDC, she served as Director and Counsel at Gramercy Funds Management, where she led the legal aspects of private credit investments, fund formation, and other key initiatives. She was also Chief Legal Officer at Atlantic Sapphire, a publicly listed land-based salmon farming company, where she served as the sole legal function, advising on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic partnerships while leading community relations and governmental affairs.
Her legal foundation was built during her time at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York, where she spent nearly a decade as an associate in the project finance and banking practice. During this time, she managed public-private partnership transactions, structured finance transactions, and capital markets deals across Latin America and the U.S.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, Villoch has also made significant contributions to her community. She was part of the 2024 Miami Cohort for Harvard Business School's Young American Leaders Program, serves on the Impact Circle of Big Brothers, Big Sisters Miami, and has held leadership roles with Nu Deco and United Way Young Leaders. She resides in Coconut Grove with her husband and enjoys cycling, having previously competed as a collegiate rower.
