The current President and co-founder, Chuck Bauer, will step down to focus on accelerating the company's M&A activities.
Matt Charlson has served as the SVP of Sales & Marketing and has led DataBank's professional services, business process outsourcing and software solutions teams over the last five years. He was the co-founder of eDocument Resources which was acquired by DataBank in 2013.
