As a top OnBase Reseller in North America, the Platinum Level Partner Award recognizes DataBank’s sales performance and expertise within business process automation. The criteria for the Platinum Award is based on software revenue, new customer acquisition, and cross-selling of existing customer base from 2018.
The Diamond Support Partner Award is given to no more than 15 percent of OnBase Service Providers and acknowledges the tremendous service that DataBank has provided the OnBase Community the past 13 years. The criteria for this award is based on training, customer retention, ratio of employees providing support to their number of customers, and the percentage of customers using the current software release.
