Datalight Creates Combined Customer Service and Quality Assurance Team
Bothell, WA (PRWEB) December 02, 2013 -- Datalight Inc., leading developer of flash file systems known for improving performance and reliability while extending device lifetime, today announced it has restructured to combine Quality Assurance and Customer Support into one Customer and Quality Services department, under the leadership of long time employee and customer favorite, Tony Questad.
Datalight has long been respected for the above-and-beyond level of service provided to its customers and combining Quality Assurance under the leadership of the Customer Support team will further improve the robustness of Datalight’s products.
“We approach every support engagement as though it’s our problem,” said Tony Questad, Customer & Quality Services Architect for Datalight. “Kind of a ‘we’re guilty until proven innocent’ belief. We’ll do everything in our power to get to the root cause of the issue. Adding Quality Assurance to our mission just lets us start that process before products even get into customer’s hands.”
Questad, who joined Datalight in 1996 as a support engineer, has been the focal point of the Customer Support department and received accolades from dozens of customers for his responsiveness and passion for solving problems. Within the Datalight team, Questad is respected as the voice of the customer and is frequently consulted for input to new product releases.
