EL PASO, Texas, Jan. 31, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Business process outsourcing provider, DATAMARK, recently announced that the company has an immediate need for 200 full-time employees in the El Paso, Texas area. This comes on the heels of closing two major contracts with large organizations.
The first round of hiring involves support roles for an international shipping and logistics company that serves an estimated 6.5 billion people and operates in more than 200 countries and territories across the globe. Since 1989, DATAMARK has been providing the company with various business process outsourcing solutions, giving it a competitive edge and helping it climb within the Fortune 500 ranks. Employees hired for this project will utilize a variety of tools and resources to locate missing packages for the company's customers.
Initial recruits describe the work as "engaging" due to the variance in cases and are excited about the experience as well as the opportunity to be part of the global brand.
"These are unique positions," explains DATAMARK President, Bill Randag. "The team gets to work with a multinational brand and household name, plus is afforded the competitive base wages DATAMARK is known for, as well as bonuses based on excellent performance."
Training for the second group of hires begins on February 24. These individuals will be supporting government healthcare contracts for more than 50 million Americans. The company works on a multitude of government projects, which makes cost management a major factor too. DATAMARK is contracted to provide them with call center and several high level back office processing functions.
Those in the contact center will be working with both claimants and providers handling a variety of tasks such as enrollment, authorizations, and addressing inquiries. Those working in document processing and digital mailroom will help ensure bill processing and authorizations are carried out with accuracy and efficiency, while leveraging the latest in technology.
"All these positions have clear career paths," adds Randag. "There's lots of opportunity for growth and the work is rewarding."
He notes that DATAMARK's values of respect, integrity, teamwork, and teachability, combine to create a workplace in which people genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. Employees are also encouraged to take part in the DATAMARK Gives Back program, which gives the team time to volunteer, resulting in a greater sense of purpose and supports the community too. It's initiatives like these that have helped the company earn numerous awards for its workplace culture.
