DC Tech Firm Builds Online Solution for Virginia Small Business Relief

WASHINGTON, Sept. 4, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Fresh off developing a fully online system for the Maryland Department of Commerce's Emergency Relief Grant and Loan programs for COVID-19, the team at Enovational turned to partner with Virginia. To help streamline Virginia's processing efforts for small business grant and loan applications, the team used Salesforce technologies to craft an easy-to-navigate consumer-facing portal as well as configure a complex and efficient backend workflow and review process. The Rebuild VA Grant Fund launched this August and is currently accepting submissions. The launch of the loan program will follow.

The Rebuild VA Grant Fund was created at the request of the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) and the Virginia Small Business Financial Authority (VSBFA) to transition their grant processing efforts online. Proactively responding to the COVID-19 crisis, the VSBFA knew that a manual process for processing applications was not going to be enough to handle such an unprecedented challenge, so they turned to Enovational for a low code / no-code Salesforce implementation.
