• Tomi Poutanen, Chief AI Officer, TD Bank
As co-founder and co-CEO of Layer 6 AI, acquired by TD Bank, Tomi Poutanen will share his career and work in the space.
• Shane Gu, PhD at Cambridge University, Research Intern Google
Shane Gu, a student under Geoffrey Hinton, has worked with DeepMind and has a scholarship funded by Facebook. He will present his work: “Deep Reinforcement Learning Towards Robotics”
• Sara Hooker, AI Resident, Google
In 2014, Sarah Hooker founded Delta Analytics, a non-profit dedicated to bringing technical capacity to help non-profits across the world use machine learning for good. Attendees will learn about her current work in deep neural networks and computer vision.
