Deep Woods Releases Debut Album at 3Bridge Records Event
Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) June 18, 2014 -- Deep Woods, an artist on 3Bridge Records, a Brooklyn based electronic dance music label will be releasing his first full length album on Saturday, July 26 in conjunction with an event at Kinfolk94 nightclub in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY. The event will feature Deep Woods and other 3Bridge artists DJing, such as Roberto Pedoto from Italy (his first ever show in the US). Eric Shans, Terron Darby, Reda Briki and Jay Hill will also spin records at the event that is expected to pack the new space on Wythe Ave.
“Working on this Album has enabled me to share an audio experience that portrays a visual sonic landscape from the feeling and rhythms within my mind. It takes you on a journey that opens up your imagination as it relates to your experience through the audio presented,” states Greg Cuoco aka Deep Woods.
Deep Woods brings experience to the 3Bridge Records event at Kinfolk94 in Brooklyn on 7/26/2014, having been a DJ playing House Music Worldwide since the 1990’s. Producing a number of House Music Records since the mid 1990’s, this is his first full length Album entitled “Certain Dark Things”. Two years in the making, the album flows so the listener can follow the journey that Deep Woods begins in the liner notes with "Taking a path through the forest of memories, a detour presented itself.” Over an hour of music later one can begin to see images as the tracks conjure up a landscape with various characters both good and evil that complete the direction that Deep Woods has laid out for us to follow into and out of the Deep Dark Woods.

Deep Woods (aka/Greg Cuoco) started DJing in NYC in 1990. Creating the legendary Aqua-Booty! parties & label in 1993, he continued to spin deep house in venues such as Ministry of Sound (UK), Echoes (Italy), as well as at home in NYC. As Deep Woods, and with the new imprint, 3Bridge Records, he has further developed his sound and brought it to many events in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Miami as well as The Burning Man Festival. Always reaching out to individuals with his deep, yet groovy sounding mixes, Deep Woods has done exclusive mixes for lifestyle brands such as OAK (Stores in NYC, LA & Tokyo). Now Deep Woods unveils his first full length album entitled “Certain Dark Things” worldwide. Twelve tracks that encompass a journey through the dark forest within the mind and out again into the sunlight.
In addition to Deep Woods, the other artists that all have records on the 3Bridge Label are all excited to be DJing together at one event. Roberto Pedoto hailing from Italy has produced a number of grooving and funky house tracks on 3Bridge and is flying in just to perform at this event, his first US performance ever. Eric Shans/Producer and the label’s Creative Director will also be DJing alongside long time producer/DJ Terron Darby. Jay Hill, new to producing but a seasoned DJ will be adding her talents along with Reda Briki, known for his music curation at Burning Man as well as the many clubs he has been spinning at throughout the world. In addition to being an album release event, Saturday, July 26 will showcase the many talents of the artists on 3Bridge Records all night in Williamsburg, doing what 3Bridge’s music is meant to do, get people out to enjoy themselves dancing while creating the right vibe.
