Deepak Chopra to Lead the Global Meditation Event of the Year this August in Toronto
Carlsbad, CA (PRWEB) March 17, 2014 -- This August 3−9 in Toronto, Ontario, Chopra Center co-founder Dr. Deepak Chopra will lead Seduction of Spirit, a global meditation event, where people from around the world will come together to learn and practice meditation and other time-proven tools for creating vibrant health, loving relationships, and inner and outer peace and prosperity.
“If we want greater harmony and wellbeing in our lives and in the world, the first step is transforming our awareness – and the most effective tool for doing so is meditation,” said Dr. Chopra. “Our intention for this event is to help people cultivate peace in their own lives, which will bring about positive changes in the outer world.”
“This August in Toronto, participants will experience the tangible power of meditation and its life-transforming energy. Together we will explore creative ways to respond to life’s stresses and challenges as we let go of those habitual reactions that perpetuate discord and unhappiness. We would like to see this Seduction of Spirit become the largest meditation gathering in history, helping to create a critical mass of people who share a vision of creating a more peaceful, just, and sustainable world.”
Each day at Seduction of Spirit, Deepak Chopra, special guests, and other master educators will lead participants in reflective workshops, beautiful yoga practices, and guided meditations dedicated to increasing global consciousness and connection. One of the special guest teachers is Maya Tiwari, a renowned spiritual pioneer, author, and humanitarian who was honored with the distinction of World Peace Leader by the Parliament of the World's Religions.
Seduction of Spirit will take place this August 3–9 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, Ontario. To register for Seduction of Spirit or to learn more, call 888.736.6895, or click here.
