Delegates from Six Countries Confirmed for MIAMI International Real Estate Congress
MIAMI (PRWEB) October 10, 2018 -- Delegates from six foreign countries have confirmed their participation for the 24th annual MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI) International Real Estate Congress on Oct. 28-30 at the Biltmore Hotel. MIAMI will announce more participating countries soon as it prepares to host the international real estate event of the year, attended by more than 300 real estate professionals.

Six Foreign Countries Set to Participate in the 2018 MIAMI Congress
Brazil, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France and Italy will be represented with delegates at the 2018 MIAMI Congress. The real estate leaders will each speak about the markets in their respective countries during a special international market briefings session on Sunday, Oct. 28.
Delegates and guests will also engage in MIAMI Congress panels and marketing sessions to capitalize on the presence of MIAMI’s esteemed partners. MIAMI has official partnerships with 178 international organizations worldwide.
The following international delegates will make presentations at the 2018 MIAMI Congress: João Crestana (international relations coordinator for Secovi SP in Brazil); Ana Seydi Lopez (president of CCCBR Costa Rica); Larissa Ortiz (National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) president liaison Dominican Republic); André Perrissel (FNAIM Aix Marseille Provence in France); Diego Caponigro (President of Osservatorio Immobiliare Digitale OID in Italy).
NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun Headlines 2018 MIAMI Congress
NAR Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research Lawrence Yun will headline the list of featured speakers at the 2018 MIAMI Congress. Topics for the conference include: international buyer information and trends, economic updates, South Florida market research and statistics, impact of crypto currencies, technology to boost your global business, impact of Asian buyers in South Florida and the United States and more.
Featured programming includes MIAMI CEO Teresa King Kinney revealing initial findings from the latest South Florida Profile of International Buyers, a survey conducted for MIAMI by NAR. The survey is the only study that annually tracks international real estate sales in South Florida. The presentation will include key statistics and trends on the top foreign countries purchasing Miami real estate.
