DALLAS, Dec. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ninety-seven percent of people believe that owning a home is the American Dream, a measure of success, a sense of accomplishment and ultimately something they strive to achieve; however, less than 55% of whites and less than 41% of blacks actually own a home. Acquiring the money is easy, if an interested first-time buyer gets approved for a home loan that allows them to get a gift for assistance with down-payment or closing costs and uses RE/MAX Ambassadors to represent them in the purchase, then they automatically qualify for the funds. It's that simple. Each buyer may receive up to 1% of the purchase price as a credit gift at closing.
