HORSHAM, Pa., Oct. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Delta Digital Video, a division of Delta Information Systems Inc., announced today that it has been selected by L3 Technologies to deliver multiple Model 6880R Multi-Channel HD / SD Video Encoders in support of the mission and communication-navigation systems upgrade for the Royal New Zealand Air Force's fleet of P-3 Orion patrol aircraft.
The P-3 Orion is a four-engine turboprop aircraft that supports both maritime and land operations. It is in use by numerous navies and air forces around the world, primarily for maritime patrol and surveillance, reconnaissance, anti-surface warfare and anti-submarine warfare.
