Led by Raymond Mascolo, DDS, Mascolo Dental has been creating healthy smiles on Long Island for more than three decades. Keeping up with the latest in dental procedures and technology allows him to provide the aforementioned services to his patients.
A 1980 graduate of Georgetown, Dr. Raymond Mascolo completed his general practice residency at Georgetown University Hospital and was on the faculty at Georgetown Dental School until moving back to New York. For the past 35 years, in addition to the full-time dental practice, he has taught future dentists at Adelphi University's joint dental program. He currently serves as President of the Long Island Academy of Odontology, one of America's oldest dental honor societies, and is a past president of the Dentists for a Better Huntington. Dr. Mascolo has received numerous awards for both dentistry and for his community service.
His son, Thomas Mascolo, DMD, who joined the practice eight years ago, has had the pleasure of working alongside his father. He is a lifelong resident of Long Island, completing his dental training at Stonybrook. He completed his undergraduate degree from Adelphi University and earned his DMD from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
He is a member of the of American Dental Association, Suffolk County Dental Society, LIDF Study Club, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Mascolo volunteers with several charitable groups including The Leukemia Society of America, East Northport Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus East Northport, and supports homeless veterans.
Their reputation for quality and delivering an exceptional patient experience is well known amongst the local communities, contributing greatly to the practice's success.
This affiliation continues the rapid growth and momentum for the organization and brings DCA's footprint in New York to 20 allied practices, and DCA's total footprint to over 390 allied practices across the US.
