InFactIQ supports approximately 40,000 cases and 100,000 depositions and examinations under oath each year for insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and litigation firms. Alongside transcripts, the platform now reads medical records, billing records, claim files, and exhibits, and analyzes video testimony.

Beyond document review
Where most legal AI tools extract facts from documents, InFactIQ analyzes how testimony is delivered alongside what it contains. The platform's proprietary Behavioral AI model processes more than 40,000 signals across recorded testimony, including speech patterns, response timing, hesitation, vocal characteristics, and visual indicators, scored against a witness-specific baseline and evaluated by topic. These signals flag areas that warrant attorney follow-up; they are not a determination of truthfulness. Findings are then cross-referenced against the rest of the case file to surface inconsistencies no single-source review would catch.
