PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- GL Homes, one of Florida's largest privately owned homebuilders, will offer its fully furnished, designer-decorated model homes for sale starting Oct. 16 at APEX at Avenir, its luxury neighborhood within the Avenir master-planned community in Palm Beach Gardens. Buyers who have toured the models now have the chance to own one.
All 11 models are available, each sold with its furniture, decor and designer upgrades included, giving buyers a finished home in a community where the amenities are already open. The collection ranges from approximately 2,400 to 5,500 air-conditioned square feet, with model pricing from approximately $1.6 million to $3.5 million.
The lineup spans single-story and two-story designs, many on lakefront homesites with private pools. The single-story Calypso features decorative ceiling beams in its Great Room and a den with a custom entertainment wall. The Orion pairs wide-plank white oak flooring with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and a private office with a partner desk, and the Zenith adds a glass-enclosed wine room and media room. At the top of the collection, the Celestia is the largest home in the Pinnacle Collection and showcases a frameless glass staircase and a marble pool with a cabana bath. The Solaris, the largest in the Summit Collection, offers 12-foot ceilings, a club room with a wet bar and a private executive office.

Purchases are limited to one model per buyer, and closings are estimated for late summer 2027. Brokers are welcome and must accompany clients on their first visit.
