Designs Wanted: International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA)® 2019 Open for Entries
The International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA), presented by the Industrial Designers Society of America, is open for entries January 2, 2019, through March 15, 2019.
HERNDON, Va., Jan. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA)®, presented by the Industrial Designers Society of America, is open for entries through March 15, 2019.
The jury consists of 40 design leaders from international companies such as Apple, Casper, Google, Stryker, Knoll and Microsoft. Educators from ArtCenter College of Design, Loughborough University and other institutions join entrepreneurs from design firms such as MNML, Volume and Skewed to make up an outstanding panel of jurors. The jury will review thousands of entries in 19 categories ranging from automobiles and transportation to consumer technology to medical designs as well as student designs. Bringing a global perspective, jurors originally hail from countries such as Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Some are former IDEA winners who know just what it takes to get to the top.
