Rex Securities Law and Patil Law recently filed three group action FINRA arbitration suits against the broker dealers Dexter Thomas was employed by prior to his death in August 2018.
DALLAS, Sept. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Law Office of Robert H. Rex, P.C. and Patil Law, P.C. recently filed three arbitration suits with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), (Cases #19-1310, #19-1286 & 19-1239), against National Planning Corporation, United Planners Financial and LPL Financial on behalf of more than 20 clients of former financial advisor Dexter Thomas, who allegedly committed suicide in August 2018.
The suits allege that National Planning, United Planners and LPL Financial failed to supervise Mr. Thomas who made unsuitable recommendations to invest in annuities and other investments.
In addition the suits allege that Mr. Thomas recommended that some clients invest in private loans which now appear to have been fraudulent.
As a result our clients have experienced significant losses.
