Diakont Announces New Line of Gas Turbine Actuators and Digital Controllers for Increased Performance

With forces up to 220 kN, Diakont released several gas turbine actuators that are tailored for applications such as inlet guide vane (IGV) control, nozzle guide vane (NGV) control, and fuel valve control. This best-in-class lifetime is due to optimized roller screw thread design, tight machining accuracy, and specialized hardening processes. Featuring an integrated permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) paired with a precisely machined roller screw, Diakont electric actuators are also remarkably lightweight and compact.
