Dialogic and Telestax to Offer WebRTC Developer Workshop
Parsippany, NJ (PRWEB) September 21, 2017 -- Dialogic, a cloud-optimized applications and infrastructure solutions provider for service providers, enterprises, and developers, and Telestax, The Restcomm Company, today announced that the companies will be offering a half-day educational workshop focused on developing real-time video applications as part of the Illinois Institute of Technology Real-Time Communications Conference and Expo.
Workshop attendees will receive an introduction to developing applications utilizing voice, video, and WebRTC with an easy-to-use, drag-and-drop Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) development environment. Coursework materials include a number of supplied sample applications and plenty of lab time with instructor support, giving attendees an opportunity to turn their own ideas into working applications. Participants in the workshop will be provided a temporary account on an integrated Telestax RestcommONE and Dialogic® PowerMedia® XMS media server CPaaS developer system. The integrated development environment simplifies the creation of video communications applications for developers across a range of use cases and scales.

The workshop will be held Monday, September 25th from 1:00-4:00 PM (CDT) in Hermann Hall, 3241 S. Federal Street, Chicago, IL 60612. Pre-registration for the IIT RTC conference tutorials track is required to attend the workshop. Tutorial cost is $75/student, on top of conference registration fees. A limited number of Dialogic-sponsored discounts for the conference are available.
