Arizona's Health Information Exchange (HIE) Selects Company's Platform to Normalize and Enrich Clinical Data

With clinical data on more than 8.5 million patients, Health Current was looking for a data solution to support HIE participant needs for consolidated patient views and actionable analytics. Now, with Diameter Health's platform, Health Current can provide aggregated and normalized clinical data to participants in order to help drive better care and better outcomes. The platform's integration with any certified electronic health record (EHR) will improve and sustain data quality and enable intelligent data exchange across the Health Current network.
