Mindy Diamond, who founded Diamond Consultants in 1998, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and remain an important voice in the firm's vision and strategic direction.
Both will remain actively engaged in the firm's work with financial advisors and teams. Louis will continue to lead Diamond's Executive Search division and play a central role in firm strategy, while Jason will continue to oversee marketing and lead generation as well as the firm's Management Consulting division.
