Diana Duda, a book lover and semi retired dance and fitness instructor, has completed her new book “The Village of Ensalada”: a meaningful illustrated story of Jenny and her breathtaking journey to Ensalada, a place populated by citizens who happen to be vegetables.

Author Duda shares a wonderful thought of staying constantly healthy by eating a well-balanced diet and avoiding victuals that bring more harm than good to the body: “Then Cuke softly said, ‘Everyone in our village provides a service to your body. Without us and our friends next door from Orchard County, you wouldn’t be strong and healthy. Together, our motto is "Fiva a Day Keeps the Doctor Away". It’s not so much that we hate the All brothers. I suppose small doses of them would be okay, but it is when people turn more to their corrupt ways than our healthy ways, the main arteries of our town get clogged up. The heart of our humble abode is choked up, and things begin to die. It would be the end of us.’”

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Diana Duda’s highly refined masterpiece also conveys lessons on compassion and helpfulness for others and caring for one’s self through choosing the right meal that nourishes and helps the body grow strong and sound.

Readers who wish to experience this well-crafted work can purchase “The Village of Ensalada” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.
