Digital Divide Data Appoints President on Path to Commercial Growth
New York, NY (PRWEB) September 17, 2015 -- Digital Divide Data (DDD), the pioneer of Impact Sourcing and an emerging leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, has appointed Mr. Frank Heitmann as President to support the company on its path towards commercial growth. Jeremy Hockenstein will continue in his role as CEO of the $10m organization with staff of more than 1,200 across offices in Asia, Africa and North America.
“Over the years, we have grown a lot and accomplished great things, transforming the lives of so many people who have worked at DDD—and influencing others to create social impact,” said Hockenstein. “We want to do this as a profitable, sustainable business. Frank will help us get there.”
Mr. Heitmann will serve as DDD’s President, as one of several changes to the management structure to jumpstart the transition of becoming a self-sustaining business. He brings nearly 20 years of experience managing outsourced services businesses in Europe, India, the Philippines, Vietnam and other countries. As President of DDD, Heitmann will oversee all commercial operations.
“Jeremy Hockenstein will continue in his role as CEO, focusing on sales and marketing, as well as financing,” said Irving Levin, DDD’s Board Chair. “We also established an Executive Committee to provide guidance to the senior management team, expedite decisions needing board approval, and support the change process.”
Earlier this year, DDD also hired a Chief Human Resource Officer, Mr. Al Risdorfer, to strengthen DDD’s employee engagement, work culture and impact. DDD’s plan to achieve full commercial viability will reinforce and strengthen the company’s delivery excellence and financial soundness.
