All of their beef is wet aged for 28-days, and sealed for freshness in thick milled, high density cryovac bags, and can be purchased whole or cut to order with 4-7 day lead time. As an added-value bonus, there is an additional 14-days of shelf life available, before it must be consumed or frozen. Whatever your craving from beef, pork, lamb or poultry, they offer portion cuts and whole cuts, as well as bulk cases and half cases.
