As you reach middle age and you find you have still not achieved the corporate positioned you envisioned, seem to have more bills to pay than income, minimal savings and hardly any time, you start to think that something just does not add up and there has to be a better way.

“I wrote this book for everyone frustrated with their ‘lot in life’— whether from a work, financial, or lifestyle perspective — and feel trapped by circumstances. Notably, frustrated by the need to earn an income to pay the bills yet not having the time and often the energy to enjoy the fruits of their labor,” Victoria Wright states.
“I’m Too Old for This Sh*t! Quit Office Politics and Be the CEO of You!” (published by Balboa Press AU) is her story of how to leave the corporate rat-race behind for good. Through her story, Wright shares valuable insight into how one’s internal belief systems may be holding him/her back from achieving the life he/she dream of. Victoria explains how she and millions of others have said goodbye to the corporate grind to achieve financial and team freedom through a vehicle that is available to all.
This book is divided into five parts. Part 1 deals with the old paradigm of going to school, getting a job, working hard for 40 years, and then retiring. Part 2 discusses how those who feel too old for this sh*t got to where they are. Part 3 shows how network marketing may be a way to achieve financial and time freedom. Part 4 deals with the mindset shifts required to achieve freedom, starting with freedom from the limiting beliefs inside the minds. And part 5 provides practical steps to help one overcome limiting beliefs, all of which are based on Wright’s learning and experiences.
“As you reach middle age and you find you have still not achieved the corporate positioned you envisioned, seem to have more bills to pay than income, minimal savings and hardly any time, you start to think that something just does not add up and there has to be a better way. That way is network marketing – it is not perfect, but it is definitely better,” Wright says. When asked what she wants readers to take away from the book, she answers, “I want my readers to understand that unlike the hierarchies and politics which exist in a lot of corporate organizations, the very nature of network marketing is collaborative. In fact, it is like its own ecosystem where an equilibrium is created where it is in everyone’s interest to collaborate rather than compete. And, unlike corporate, you can definitely earn more than those ‘higher’ than you, depending on your effort. So you are rewarded on effort, not on anything else.” For more details about the book, please visit https://www.balboapress.com/en-au/bookstore/bookdetails/820055-im-too-old-for-this-sht

About the Author
Victoria Wright is an author, business owner and network marketer. Over the years, she took the usual path of going to school and getting a good job to provide for her family. But she just knew there was more to life. She ‘tried’ several network marketing companies but was unable to achieve income levels to allow her to leave her corporate job. It was not until she did a lot of work on herself by training in hypnotherapy and neurolinguistics programming (NLP) that she realized she had limiting beliefs around money, success and self-employment. She lives in Sydney Australia with her husband and two children.
