Memorial Health System and ILPEx Recognition Program to host Discovering Excellence in Central Illinois May 23rd
Springfield, Illinois (PRWEB) May 16, 2017 -- The ILPEx Recognition Program will partner with Memorial Health System in Springfield to introduce the principles of performance excellence to area businesses on May 23rd at the Memorial Center for Learning & Innovation, 600 N. Rutledge Street in Springfield, IL from 11:30AM to 2:00PM. The luncheon event will demonstrate the benefits of pursuing organizational excellence using the Baldrige Framework from the perspective of business leaders, their workforce, and the community.
The two organizations have partnered to increase visibility of the successful organizations in central Illinois that have embraced the Baldrige Framework for Performance Excellence and celebrate the overall quality and strength of these organizations in the region. The complimentary lunch and learn will allow participants a closer, unique look into an evidence-based resource for improving business results and competitiveness.

Participating speakers will include Memorial Health Systems, United Cerebral Palsy Land of Lincoln, the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, and National Express LLC from the perspective of past ILPEx Recognition Program award winners and their on-going journey to excellence, as well as individuals pursuing the ultimate in professional development in the role of volunteer Examiners.
The luncheon is open to all businesses in the region at no cost but does require advance registration.
