Distribution Realty Group ("DRG") is pleased to announce that Curran Darling has been named Partner over the Midwest Region after purchasing an equity stake in the firm’s holding company.
Mr. Darling joined DRG in 2016 as a Senior Vice President in charge of Acquisitions and Asset Management in the firm’s Chicago office. In that role, Mr. Darling oversaw the development, leasing, and disposition of over 1.5 million square feet in Chicago and spearheaded the firm’s efforts to enter the Indianapolis market with a large speculative development project in the Plainfield submarket.
Prior to joining DRG, Mr. Darling was at JLL, where we worked in the Industrial Capital Markets platform, performing investment sales, equity raising and recapitalizations for clients across the country. Mr. Darling graduated from Villanova University and is an active alumni member of the Dan DiLella Center for Real Estate, where he sits on the Nova Next Council board.
