Fagor Automation CEO & North America General Manager Visit the New DMS World Headquarters
Colorado Springs, CO (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- Diversified Machine Systems (DMS), a leading designer and manufacturer of 3 axis & 5 axis CNC routers & custom machining centers, welcomed Fagor Automation CEO, Pedro Ruiz de Aguirre and North America General Manager, Harsh Bibra on July 15th at their new world headquarters at 1068 Elkton Drive in Colorado Springs to see the new growth plans.
“We have a long-standing relationship with DMS,” explains Fagor Automation CEO, Pedro Ruiz de Aguirre. “From my point of view, I used to visit the ‘A’ customers from Fagor from time to time to talk everything over. This [headquarters expansion] is a big and very important step ahead in the history of the company. It’s a good opportunity to meet with DMS here at this location. We’ve never been here, but have met together many times in other locations.”
Ruiz de Aguirre went on to explain that it was more than a site visit - Fagor Automation is committed to finding new ways to improve their corporation, and the meeting also gave them the opportunity to discuss new developments and advanced products. A primary purpose of the meeting is to listen, understand and share ideas to continue to improve ourselves in front of their key clients.
“A lot of our feedback comes from our customers and their experience in the field because they’re close to the manufacturing environment,” states North America General Manager, Harsh Bibra. “The benefits are two-fold, it enhances the value of the product and makes us together a more competitive offering.”
“We have seen DMS grow leaps and bounds over the years. They are very focused in a lot of aspects and innovative with new designs. DMS is entering new markets and in that aspect, we have grown together with them," Bibra continues to explain. “We would attribute some of our growth to DMS as well because their growth is our growth. An aspect of a good partnership is that we push each other in a positive way and push the product to outperform, and then the machine to outperform, and it brings an optimal solution to the market.”
Ruiz de Aguirre concludes that thought by saying that, “cooperation means to find the common ways create a win-win situation for both sides. This is the most interesting thing. The second is the pleasure to see DMS advance and grow in different markets. On our business card, it says “Humanity at Work”, which means to be able to promote and cooperate. This kind of relationship that we have with DMS is perfect because it links with our basic values.”
