Lucy Ocampo joins the Divi Carina Bay All-Inclusive Beach Resort & Casino team as the new General Manager and Norman McPherson will be the new Executive Chef.

Lucy Ocampo takes the helm as the resort's new General Manager while Norman McPherson will lead the resort's restaurant team as the Executive Chef.
Ocampo has over 31 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has spent her career working nationally and internationally in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean at luxury brands and resorts. She will now lead the team at Divi Carina Bay with the goal to exceed guests' expectations and help mentor aspiring hospitality professionals.
