Divi Resorts is thrilled to announce the opening of Mix at Oceans, a brand new upscale rooftop restaurant and bar located on the fifth floor of Oceans at Divi Little Bay on St. Maarten. Mix at Oceans is the perfect place for locals and guests to gather to relax, unwind, and discover international barstronomy, where hand-crafted cocktails are paired with innovative dishes ideal for sharing.

Haynes started working at Divi Little Bay as a sous chef back in 2015 and quickly worked his way up the culinary ladder to become the resort’s executive chef. He says he looks forward to providing guests with an experience like no other on St. Maarten.
“I can’t wait to show off our modern culinary offerings and showcase products and flavors that you won’t find anywhere else on the island,” said Haynes. “My goal is for guests and locals alike to have such an amazing time that they go home and rave to their friends and family about their dining experience with us.”
Mix at Oceans is open Friday through Wednesday from 5 p.m. to midnight and closed on Thursdays. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 721-542-2333, ext. 3477. In late February, reservations can also be made through OpenTable. Private events can be booked at Mix at Oceans on Thursdays.
