Diversified Machine Systems to Exhibit an Enclosed 5 Axis Overhead Gantry CNC Router at JEC Europe 2015 in Paris
Colorado Springs, CO (PRWEB) January 21, 2015 -- U.S.-based Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Diversified Machine Systems (DMS) announces plans to exhibit a DMS Enclosed 5 Axis Overhead Gantry CNC Router on March 10- 12th, 2015 in stand #S21 at the JEC Europe Composites Show & Conferences.
Diversified Machine Systems has a longstanding tradition of participating at JEC Composites Expos. This will be the company’s fifth year exhibiting at the JEC Europe Show. Last year, JEC Europe 2014 hit record numbers, making this tradeshow the largest composites show in the world.
The DMS Enclosed 5 Axis Overhead Gantry CNC Router that will be featured at JEC Europe 2015 is specifically designed to machine non-ferrous materials, such as aluminum, brass, copper, composites, plastics, woods, and foams. Special features of the machine include Sercos drive systems with absolute encoders on all linear axes, an air conditioned electrical cabinet, a retractable roof enclosure, automatic tool height probe and vacuum pumps, pressurized bellows and Viton Seals, as well as the Fagor Automation 8065 Dual Processor Controller.

Not only will the DMS Enclosed 5 Axis Overhead Gantry CNC Router be displayed in stand #S21 throughout the entire show, but live demos will be run on the machine periodically throughout each day. These in-booth demos will feature the Renishaw probing feature, including part probing and reporting for setup and inspection. The Renishaw integration gives users the ability to automatically update work offsets and generate automatic reporting, a new feature offering that was recently announced.
