DMV.us.org Launching Year-End Complaint Comparison Study
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) November 22, 2013 -- DMV.us.org is starting a year-end study of what caused customers to contact the data search service with a complaint or other concern in 2013, the company announced yesterday.
“We know that it's impossible to run a company without getting a complaint now and again,” a DMV.us.org spokesman said. “But we also know that it's possible to fix the type of things that lead a customer to come to us with a complaint. So, what we want to do now is look at each and every complaint we got during the year and see if there are any patterns that point to something we can change to improve our service.”
The company will compare and contrast all of the complaint data they have received over the course of the year, he said. Then the staff will brainstorm to see if there are ways to change the way they do business to avoid those situations in the new year.
“We may find that a fair number of people have problems understanding our reports,” the DMV.us.org spokesman said. “Or we may discover that there is a glitch in our website that we are not aware of. We won't know until we have gone through the data closely.”
DMV.us.org will announce changes to products and services and the way they do business as soon as the complaint comparison study is complete, he said.
“We are always trying to find ways to make our company better,” he said.
