Irvine, Ca (PRWEB) November 26, 2013 -- DocVerify, a proven leader in digital document verification and electronic signatures, DocVerify has recently added new features to its popular electronic signature and digital signature Salesforce AppExchange app.
All the new features are geared around helping users create and send new signature instances electronically, quicker and more dynamically than ever before.
When initially released, the app was widely adopted by companies to help streamline the contractual management aspect of sales and other areas of business, removing the friction points to conversion rates. Features in the Salesforce AppExchange app are now allowing users to:
● Send contracts and other documents directly from Salesforce for electronic signatures
● Enhance user experience
● Get documents signed faster
● Documents tailored specifically for a signer
● Select recipients from Salesforce contacts and other contact categories
Furthermore, users have complete audit trails directly from within Salesforce, and enjoy full access to the DocVerify Electronic Signature App from within Opportunities, Contracts, and Quotes.
New Account Functionality
Users can now create new documents to be signed directly from the Accounts tab. Users simply select an account, and click on the DocVerify E-Signature button to begin. From there it’s just a few simple clicks before the document is on its way to be signed.
In an interview, DocVerify COO Mario Leone stated that,
“This just demonstrates DocVerify’s level of commitment to our clients, and we’re constantly improving and streaming the e-signature experience.”
