Yet even though I drove the herds of cattle late in darkness with all sorts of wild life endangering me, ranging from hissing snakes to roaring lions, who bothered or cared as to what would happen or what would she eat? That became a daily event with me. Wild berries therefore were my delicious meal and I regretted when they were off season. To be precise I was abused, rejected and forced into child labour.”
