His extensive background and expertise in the mental health and substance abuse fields is widely known throughout the country. He has been a clinical director over every level of care in the mental industry. In addition, David is a published author, speaker, trainer, and passionate advocate for all people to have access to high quality behavioral health care and clinical services.
