As a Dr. of Physical Therapy and an avid yoga practitioner, Dr. Chaux believes that by taking time to practice yoga is a physical therapy technique that provides an additional healing method, especially with a compromised core. She has used her extensive international training with her clients, including the Hypopressive Method, global postural re-education, and conventional Physical Therapy techniques with yoga to help her patients become healthy. With the manual skills she has developed, combined with unique physical therapy treatments, breathing techniques, and yoga, she has created a diverse approach.

Doctor Alexandra Chaux received her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2010 from the A.T. Still University, School of Osteopathic Medicine, in Mesa, Arizona. She earlier graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Universidad Del Valle, in Cali, Colombia in 2001.
