Dr. Ken Liszewski Awarded Diplomate Status by the IDIA
Sarasota, FL (PRWEB) September 29, 2016 -- BayView Dental Associates is proud to announce that Dr. Kenneth Liszewski has achieved the status of Diplomate as awarded by the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA) at the recent IDIA Miami Symposium. Diplomate status is the highest status of four tiers that can be obtained by its members - Member, Fellowship, Mastership and Diplomate. Each level requires an increased amount of clinical expertise resulting in advanced certification.
The IDIA was founded in 2008, by Dr. Arun Garg, a highly respected clinician, international lecturer, author and oral surgeon. The IDIA has grown to a membership of over 3,000 clinicians worldwide. "The IDIA encourages collaboration and communication between dental alumni from all areas of dentistry inspiring dentists to learn about new products and techniques to advance the practice of dentistry.” 1
Acceptance into the IDIA as a Diplomate requires completion of at least 350 continuing education (CE) hours of dental theory training and successful placement of over 150 dental implants on live patients with hands on training supervised by Dr. Garg and his qualified staff. Dr. Garg and his Implant Dentistry Continuum Education program provides training to thousands of dentists worldwide. Dr. Liszewski recently completed this series of studies in Miami, FL and graduated September 10, 2016 obtaining the respected honor of Diplomate status.
Only 2% of dentists worldwide can claim the status of Diplomate as recognized by the IDIA.
