This first annual conference will focus on the Payor and Provider ecosystem evolution. Grenfell will lead an interactive session to discuss innovative, smarter, safer homes that improve healthcare for patients and aging populations. Drawing upon his experience and CSIRO's research into healthcare and homecare delivery, Grenfell's session will discuss how the US health system could benefit from adopting evidence based, innovative, homecare delivery models for chronic health conditions of patients deliver outcomes in a value-based health system and leverage new approaches to patient engagement and empowerment.
