Players will be competing for the next three years in the Xpression Gaming Chair from DreamSeat featuring the ECAC Logo during all ECAC Esports events.
COMMACK, N.Y. (PRWEB) November 14, 2019
The ECAC today announced a deal with DreamSeat LLC, naming the seating and furniture company the official gaming chair of ECAC Esports. Based in Commack, New York, DreamSeat manufactures high quality furniture with their patented, interchangeable logo system. The XZipit system allows high quality embroidered logo panels to zip in and out, permitting ECAC Esports, their member Colleges and teams the option to change out the logo in seconds without replacing the entire piece of furniture.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with a creative company like DreamSeat, which we believe to be a perfect fit for ECAC Esports,” said ECAC CEO Dan Coonan. “They pair nicely with the unique and forward-thinking niche we have carved out in intercollegiate esports.”
Players will be competing for the next three years in the Xpression Gaming Chair from DreamSeat featuring the ECAC Logo during all ECAC Esports events. ECAC member schools will benefit from this partnership by receiving special pricing on the purchase of chairs and other furniture as they develop their esports facilities and practice spaces.
“DreamSeat has been working hand in hand with Collegiate Athletic Programs for many years. Our products are used in the majority of NCAA Athletic locker rooms, stadiums, and suites - and with the rise of Collegiate Esports programs, partnering with the ECAC is a natural progression for us,” said Chandler Suprina, President of DreamSeat. “We are entering exciting times in the world of Esports. As the official Chair Supplier of the Overwatch League™ and now as the Official Gaming Chair of ECAC Esports, we are able to watch both the Pros and Collegiate Esports athletes competing at the highest levels in our Xpression gaming chair.”
ECAC Esports has grown in less than three years to included over sixty member colleges and universities, sponsoring competition in nine esports games and fielding nearly 300 teams. The ECAC Esports Championships last year in Albany at the HV Gamer Con drew 2500 over a two day period.
