Kristopher Scott joins as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Peter Wolfert joins as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Kelly Martin is promoted to Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). The new executives are leading efforts to build upon the rapid adoption of the company's Ship To Home Wine-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform and optimize growth of its consumer brands Wine Insiders and Martha Stewart Wine Co.

Dynamic finance executive
Joining DRINKS as the newly appointed CFO, Kristopher has nearly 20 years of financial leadership experience, with a keen focus on deploying world-class business insights and strategic analysis alongside high levels of fiscal accountability via scalable operating procedures and enhanced system capabilities. After launching his career at The Walt Disney Company, Kris served as a senior finance executive with Lucky Brand through the sale to Leonard Green & Partners in 2013, and most recently as CFO of Topson Downs and Rachel Roy from 2014 to 2018. Kris brings with him an extensive background in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, systems implementation, audit and risk management.
Experienced technology platform expert
Accompanying Kris on the leadership team, Peter is responsible for the company's technology direction and execution. With more than 30 years' experience leading best in class technology organizations, Peter has a track record of developing large scale disruptive technologies. Formerly CTO of 12 Digit Marketing, Peter was responsible for the technology direction and execution for the company's brand and retailer marketing platform until its acquisition in 2017 by Westfield Retail Solutions. Prior to that, Peter served as CTO of leading personalized digital marketing company Conversant for over 15 years, where he was accountable for software development and underlying network infrastructure, systems, and global datacenter footprint until its sale in 2014 to Epsilon for $2.3 billion.

Kelly Martin is promoted from VP of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, a position she held since December 2016, to Chief Compliance Officer. Kelly is primarily responsible for the company's alcohol beverage compliance, boasting 20 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry as the former VP, Compliance for Direct Wines, operator of WSJ Wine. Kelly is responsible for all aspects of licensing, product compliance, and distribution, with a focus on creating programs for licensed retailers to offer direct to consumer wine sales to customers across the nation.
