Drone Detection Startup, Drone Go Home, Announces Rebrand to AeroDefense
HOLMDEL, N.J. (PRWEB) May 08, 2018 -- New Jersey based drone detection company, Drone Go Home, rebranded as AeroDefense, to better reflect both the U.S. Counter-UAS regulatory environment that prohibits interference with a drone in flight, and the company's target markets for drone security: Prisons, Stadiums, Oil and Gas Infrastructure, and Port Security.
AeroDefense was originally founded with the intention of mitigating drone threats, hence the name 'Drone Go Home', but Founding CEO, Linda Ziemba, soon discovered this was illegal in the U.S. and other countries.
"Once we learned how many regulations we could potentially violate, including FAA interference with an aircraft, FCC network protections and DOJ federal wiretapping, we quickly pivoted and built the most effective, reliable drone and pilot detection system on the market." stated Ms. Ziemba.
The new brand identity, AeroDefense, provides a strong corporate image to target the drone security market, while still being pilot friendly.
